Before this baby boy came...

I remember saying that I didn't think I would enjoy the newborn phase very much. There was so much sleeping, so little interaction. That just seems funny to me now -- I think I've loved almost every moment with this little one. Even his crying, frustrated moments. His cries are still so little, and every little thing he does still seems so sweet and small. I know that it won't stay this way forever, but for now, I'm loving his little snuggly moments the most -- when he is full, clean-diapered, content, and happy to just be held. His cute little yawns make me smile, and his funny little sneezes make us laugh. As it turns out, I love having this little newborn boy around.
