Hi, friends!  I decided to add a new page element to the blog.  I'll be choosing various artists from the website noisetrade.com to highlight on our blog.  You'll see a box to the right of this post.  The first artist is Katie Herzig.  She's originally from Boulder, CO, but now lives and works in Nashville, TN.  We've followed her music for about 2 years now, and seen her perform live a few times, when she makes her way back out to Colorado.  I really enjoy how innovative her music is, and the personal, honest nature of her songwriting.  Once you've sampled all of the tracks that you see initially, just hit the little arrow that's pointing to the right, and it'll scroll down to a few more tracks.  Hope you enjoy sampling some of our favorite artists!  And definitely go check out noisetrade.com.  It was sort of the brainchild of Derek Webb -- he founded the website out of a desire to use the internet as a means of reaching new people with his music, and that of his friends, instead of making internet music sites the enemy of artists who are trying to get their music into the hands of the public.  Enjoy!
