Toby Turns 1

Our little lab turns 1 this week! Okay....so, a dog's birthday isn't really that exciting since they can't comprehend it. But, I thought I would post a few pictures of Toby's first year here, in honor of him this week. :) Any suggestions on how to celebrate a doggy birthday? (really, I'm just kidding, but feel free to amuse me with your suggestions anyway, if you like.) :-) Note all of the mess behind the gate in the 2nd picture; for some reason we were crazy enough to get a puppy only a week after moving into our new house. We were still painting and the house was still in complete disarray. But, somehow, it worked out. Much like life with this dog -- it's crazy, but somehow it works.
